Ingredients
For almond flaxseed smoothie
- 150 ml almond drink
- 1.5 tablespoons almond paste
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 banana
- 100 g yoghurt
- ice cubes to taste
Preparation
For almond flaxseed smoothie
Step 1
Cut banana into small pieces and chill in freezer for a short time.
Step 2
Once the banana pieces are slightly frozen, whisk in a blender with the almond paste, almond drink, flaxseed, honey and yogurt.
