What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Only one shipping method is available to most countries – Express.
In all cases, courier service pick up and deliver* your package.
*Delivery is only available to your home address or workplace. P.O. Box delivery is not available.
If you choose to redirect your package to a pickup point, an additional €10 will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account. This covers the redirection fee.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

As a proud European company, we ship to most European countries and a few additional overseas destinations. Just enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your location and what the shipping cost will be.

 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The short answer is 2-8 business days.

The long answer: it depends on whether you live in a capital city or a small town.
You will get your parcel via UPS, GLS, FedEx or TNT. It depends on where you live, you will definitely get the cheapest and fastest delivery.
You will receive an EMAIL / SMS from the courier service about the accurate delivery time.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our store uses a secure (SSL) connection. Your payment information is not stored on our server because you pay through Shopify Payments or PayPal.


Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

You can order quickly and easily through PepperySpot.com.
To add items to your Cart, simply click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to buy.
To remove an item, go to your Cart and click “x” next to an item you don’t want to buy.
To change the quantity of items, go to your Cart and click “+” or “-” sign next to item’s price.
We accept orders from many countries Internationally. You must be at least 13 years of age to make an online purchase.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

There is no need to create an account to place an order, but having one comes with certain benefits.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “On hold” status. Your order is then “Processing,” entering the shipping process takes 2-3 days. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “On hold” or “Processing” status.

 

What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery takes place?

If the courier cannot reach you at home or by phone, they may drop off your package at the nearest pickup point. In that case, it is the Customer’s responsibility to collect the package. Please note that we have no control over which pickup point the courier chooses or how long the package will be held there.

Keep in mind that unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund.

That’s why it’s especially important that when you place an order, you provide an accurate delivery address, as well as the correct email address and phone number.

Your delivery address must include:

  • Street,
  • House number,
  • And if it’s an apartment building: floor and apartment/unit number, plus entry code or buzzer if applicable.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Orders are usually picked up via courier service within 2 to 3 business days. When the package is sent to destination we change your order status to Fulfilled.
We provide the tracking option once we fulfill your order, and you’ll receive an email with the details. You can also track your order anytime through the Chat feature on our website.

Peppery Spot’s storage is located in Budapest (Hungary, EU). Goods are getting shipped from here.

 

Does each product look the same as in the photo?

In rare cases, the packaging or design of some products may differ due to changes made by the manufacturer. We cannot take responsibility for these variations.

 

Can all products be purchased everywhere?

Yes, you can order products to any location where we ship. However, some items may occasionally be out of stock but still available for purchase. In such cases, we'll do our best to restock as soon as possible. If we're unable to do so within 3 to 5 days, you'll receive a full refund.
