Return & Withdrawal Information

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:


  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original undamaged condition.

  • Products sold as multipacks, bundles, or multi-item sets must be returned completely unopened and intact. Partial returns from opened multipacks or separated bundled products cannot be accepted.

  • Products showing signs of use, opening, tampering, damage, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Please note:


  • We do not provide prepaid return labels and are unable to arrange return shipping on behalf of customers.

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and, where possible, insured shipping service when returning any item.

We cannot issue refunds for returns that:


  • are lost during transit,

  • arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging,

  • cannot be delivered back to us, or

  • are returned without sufficient proof of shipment when a delivery issue occurs.

Refund Processing

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned products do not meet the return eligibility conditions stated above.

By submitting a withdrawal request, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the return conditions outlined above.
