Geek&Gorgeous Face serum A-GAME 5 Retinal is a powerful yet gentle anti-aging serum formulated with 0.05% stabilized retinal to visibly improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and loss of firmness. Its silky, lightweight emulsion texture absorbs comfortably into the skin, delivering advanced retinoid benefits with a lower potential for irritation than similarly effective retinol formulas. Retinal is a highly effective form of vitamin A that requires just one conversion step to become active retinoic acid in the skin, making it more than 10 times faster to convert than traditional retinol. Comparable in strength to approximately 0.2–0.5% retinol, this innovative formula helps support collagen production, smooth skin texture, fade the appearance of dark spots, and promote a firmer, more youthful-looking complexion. Usage
Apply a pea-sized amount to your skin as part of your evening skincare routine. If using multiple serums, apply oil-free, transparent gel formulas first (such as B-Bomb, HA 5 Light, or HA 5 Rich), followed by milky serums (such as Power Peptides), and then A-Game. Finish with your favorite moisturizer. Always apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 the following morning.
If you have sensitive skin, start by using the serum every other evening, then gradually increase to daily use after two weeks if your skin tolerates it well. You may carefully apply it around the eye area, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.
Do not use A-Game or other retinoids during pregnancy. Retinal is considered low-risk during breastfeeding, but consult your healthcare provider before use.
Good to know: A-Game has a naturally bright yellow color due to its retinal content. The color typically disappears upon application without staining the skin or bedding. If you notice yellow marks after application, allow more time for the serum to absorb before applying your moisturizer.
