Don Marco Coconut Blossom Sugar is a premium, 100% organic natural sweetener with a rich brown hue and a uniquely smooth, caramel-like flavor reminiscent of brown sugar or cane sugar. Harvested traditionally from the unopened blossoms of the coconut palm, the sweet sap is gently heated to preserve its valuable minerals and vitamins.
