Preparation suggestion
Pour 250 ml (8.45 fl oz) of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Let it steep for 7-9 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor. Add milk or a milk substitute and sweetener to taste. For the best turmeric experience, we recommend preparing it as Golden Milk: Simply boil the teabag in milk (100°C / 212°F), steep for at least 5 minutes for safe consumption, and enjoy!
