For a cozy warm drink, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of tea per person in 200 ml of hot (not boiling) water for 10-15 minutes, then strain and sweeten as desired. In warmer months, brew 2 heaping teaspoons in 200 ml cold water, let it steep for 20-25 minutes, then strain to enjoy a refreshing iced beverage.
