Preparation
Pancakes (for 7-8 pancakes):
You will also need: 2 eggs, 180 ml milk.
Optional: 20 g melted butter, 45 g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Mix 130 g of the baking mixture with the remaining ingredients to create a smooth batter. Let the batter rest briefly. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Optionally, add a little oil to the pan and cook the batter in portions. Once small bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
Serving tip: Top with maple syrup and fresh berries for extra indulgence.
Waffles (for 3-4 waffles):
You will also need: 2 eggs, 45 g sugar, 40 g soft butter, 250 ml milk.
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Beat the eggs with sugar and butter until foamy. Optionally, add vanilla extract. Stir in 195 g of the baking mix. Gradually add milk and mix until smooth. Bake the waffles in a preheated, greased waffle iron until golden brown.
Serving tip: Finish with icing sugar, cinnamon, vanilla ice cream, or fresh berries.
