Samai Plantain Chips with Pacific Sea Salt are crafted in Ecuador from premium plantains grown by local farmers. The plantains are naturally ripened, hand-picked, and carefully selected. They are then transported to a processing facility located right next to the plantations to ensure maximum freshness. At the facility, the plantains are sorted, peeled, and sliced before being cooked to crispy perfection in non-hydrogenated, pure palm oil (palmolein), preserving their natural flavor and nutrient-rich profile.

For seasoning, only Pacific sea salt is used, delivering an all-natural taste. These plantain chips contain no added sugar, artificial flavor enhancers, colors, or monosodium glutamate (MSG). The chips are packed under strict quality controls to maintain freshness and superior quality.
