Pem Delian Rosie Anti-Redness Calming Serum is a silky, soothing serum concentrate designed specifically for sensitive skin prone to redness and rosacea. At its core, 3% Silidine® targets visible capillaries and soothes discomfort, while vitamin B12 lends antioxidant protection and a naturally delicate pink hue to the formula. CICA (Centella Asiatica) strengthens the skin’s barrier and supports regeneration, and panthenol (vitamin B5) deeply hydrates while relieving tightness and itchiness.
