The Korean active-ingredient-based lightweight, water-based Pem Delian Glass Skin Toner deeply hydrates and soothes the skin with a high-dose Ginseng and CICA complex, reinforcing the skin barrier while promoting a clear, healthy, "glass skin" glow. It balances the skin’s pH level and preps the skin for better absorption of subsequent serums and moisturizers. Enriched with Ginseng and CICA (Centella Asiatica Extract), it stimulates microcirculation, revitalizing and calming sensitive, redness-prone skin. The ultra-fine mist spreads evenly across the skin, absorbing instantly without leaving a sticky residue—making it ideal even for oily, acne- or blackhead-prone skin.
