The specially developed system allows the lightening agents to penetrate deep into the hair fiber for long-lasting, high-impact results. Usage
- Pour the contents of the Blond Activator and the PALETTE Lightening Cream into the application bottle with the developer lotion and mix well.
- Apply the mixture to dry hair using the application bottle and leave on for 30–45 minutes (full head) or 30–40 minutes (root application).
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Then apply the specially developed after-treatment with blue pigments to towel-dried hair, leave on for 2–3 minutes, and rinse well.
