Usage
- Add the contents of the Blonde Activator and the PALETTE Lightening Cream to the application bottle containing the Developer Lotion and mix well.
- Apply the mixture to dry hair using the application bottle and leave on for 30–45 minutes (full head application) or 30–40 minutes (root application).
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Then apply the specially developed care treatment with blue pigments to towel-dried hair and leave on for 2–3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
