NORDVITAL Multivitamin dietary supplement contains fat-soluble vitamins (D, E, K, A) in softgel capsules dissolved in Omega-3 fish oil, while water-soluble vitamins, minerals, and trace elements are placed in separate hard capsules. Fat-soluble vitamins (D, E, K, A) are most effective when already dissolved in oil, as this significantly improves their absorption.
