Usage
Apply an appropriate amount of cleansing milk to the face, neck, and décolleté using a cotton pad or your fingertips. Gently massage into the skin with upward circular motions. Remove any excess with a cotton pad, facial tissue, or rinse with clean water. Finish your routine by applying your favorite moisturizer.
