Usage
Use the easy-dosing squeeze cap to measure exactly 10 ml of mouthwash. Swish thoroughly around the mouth for approximately 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Designed for daily use as part of your morning and evening oral hygiene routine. Do not rinse with water immediately after use; leaving the residual fluoride and active ingredients on the teeth helps protect against cavities.
