Usage
Step 3 of the Helia-D Plex Active treatment. For best results, use as part of the complete regimen. Apply to wet hair, gently massage into the scalp, and lather. Leave on for at least 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
