Usage
Apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes. Use at least twice daily with a high-quality toothbrush. For best results, avoid smoking and consuming staining foods or drinks (such as coffee, tea, and red wine) for at least one hour after brushing.
