Usage
Apply to clean, dry skin, placing the gel cushion under the toes to lift them. Place the ring loop over the second toe. The narrow edge should point toward the little toe. It can be worn comfortably in most footwear to reduce rubbing and ease pain from deformities. Wash by hand in warm, mild soapy water, let it air dry completely, and optionally apply talcum powder to prevent stickiness. Remove during sleep to allow skin to breathe. Do not use on open wounds, and consult a doctor if you have diabetes or poor circulation.
