Instead of using harsh chemical methods, the caffeine is gently removed through a natural fermentation technique derived from sugarcane molasses, creating bio-based alcohol used to extract caffeine in a clean and environmentally conscious way. The beans are cultivated on small plantations where low-caffeine coffee shrubs are carefully tended.
