At the heart of the Reber Baroque fine selection, you'll find the Constanze and Wolfgang Mozart pates. This honey cream truffle and marzipan made from fresh green pistachios are coated in fine dark chocolate. Also included are the genuine Reber Mozart Kugeln pralines and Constanze Mozart Kugeln pralines. The Mozart Kugeln are covered in dark chocolate, while the Constanze Kugeln are enveloped in Alpine milk chocolate. Both varieties feature a filling of premium marzipan made from Californian almonds, marzipan made from fresh green pistachios, and a delicate hazelnut nougat core with freshly roasted hazelnuts from the Levantine coast.
