Usage

Ensure your hands are completely dry, then take a strip from the pouch. Use a mirror for first-time application.
Moisten your upper teeth with your tongue.
Firmly apply the strip to the upper teeth along the gumline, pressing down on both sides.
Fold the excess strip behind the teeth and moisten the outside with your tongue to prevent it from sticking to your lips.
Repeat for the lower teeth.
Allow the strips to dissolve. They should fully dissolve after 15-20 minutes.
