This simple, discreet system includes a precision pen applicator and five disposable nail files, allowing you to gently remove the top layer of the affected nail for optimal absorption of the active liquid. It is ideal for mild cases that affect no more than two nails, especially when discoloration does not cover the full nail surface and symptoms have been present for less than two years. Without proper treatment, nail fungus can cause nails to thicken, become brittle, and may eventually lead to the nail detaching. Scholl’s advanced formulation offers a gentle yet powerful way to restore the appearance of healthy nails.

Usage
Treatment phase (4 weeks), designed to address the active fungal infection:

1. File the affected nail. Push the button on the pen upward (Figure A), remove a disposable file (Figure B), then push the button back down (Figure C). Using the Scholl-branded end, gently file the top layer of the affected nail, focusing on discolored areas. Dispose of the file after use.
2. Apply the nail liquid. Clean the nail and surrounding skin, then apply the liquid using the pen. Make sure the skin around the nail is dry. Wait about 5 minutes before putting on socks, stockings, or shoes. Avoid water exposure for 30 minutes after application.
3. Repeat. Apply the liquid once daily for 7 days. In weeks 2, 3, and 4, repeat both the filing and the liquid application once per week. At the end of week 4, use a fresh file to clean the nail edge, remove any remaining damaged areas, and apply the liquid again. If you miss a day, continue the routine as instructed until the phase is complete.

Prevention phase (9 months), designed to help prevent further spread or reinfection:
Apply the liquid once weekly for up to nine months, or until the discolored portion has completely grown out. Avoid nail polish and artificial nails during treatment. Trim nails monthly and avoid cutting them too short—leave 2–3 mm of length. The pack includes five disposable files for safe and hygienic use.

Warnings
Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes. Read and follow the instruction leaflet carefully before use. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Always replace the cap after use. Use a new file each time to prevent spreading the infection. For external use only. Do not use on damaged or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C and protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Improvement becomes visible as the nail grows out. A toenail typically takes 9–12 months to fully regrow.
