Usage
Bring fresh water to a boil and pour over the tea. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Up to 3 minutes offers a stimulating effect; after 5 minutes, the tea is no longer stimulating. Steeping beyond 5 minutes may produce a slightly bitter taste.
