How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It depends which shipping method do you choose.
STANDARD usually takes 3 to 10 working days* to Europe (vary by Countries) and 12 to 22 working days* to Asia, North America, Oceania and South Africa. For STANDARD shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. With this method, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.
You can choose EXPRESS delivery to get your goods. This option provides you to get your parcel within 2 to 10 working days* (vary by countries) after you place an order. This method is not available to all locations where we ship. For EXPRESS shipping, orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination (e.g. TNT, GLS, UPS).
*working days are Monday to Friday. Ex. 3 to 5 working days means deliver within one week (after we dispatch your parcel). 10 to 12 working days means 2 to 2 and a half regular weeks (after we dispatch your parcel).

How do I place an Order?

You can order quickly and easily through PepperySpot.com.
To add items to your Cart, simply click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to buy.
To remove an item, go to your Cart and click “x” next to an item you don’t want to buy.
To change the quantity of items, go to your Cart and click “+” or “-” sign next to item’s price.
At this time, we accept orders from United States and other 100+ countries Internationally. You must be at least 13 years of age to make an online purchase.

Do I need an account to place an order?

There is no need to create an account to place an order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “On hold” status. Your order is then “Processing,” entering the shipping process takes 2-3 days. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “On hold” or “Processing” status.

How Do I Track My Order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. When the package is sent to destination we change your order status to Completed and provide you a tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pepperyspot.com for more information.

Yes, it can be purchased to any lotication where we ship but some products are rarely missing from our actual selection and still are available for orders. In these cases we will do our very best to collect those goods a.s.a.p. If we do not succeed in 3 to 5 days you will get full refund.

Does every product look like it is on their own photo?

The wrapping of some product may vary from the picture it is shown in our selection in very rare cases. We cannot take responsibility for those changes.
