Delivery time: The delivery time displayed on the checkout page is calculated from the moment your package leaves our warehouse. The displayed delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed. You can always track your package. Your package will be delivered to your door by a courier service. While the most popular courier providers are available to most countries with their various services, we always provide you with the best price. The courier provider cannot be selected. We ship most packages with UPS, but we also work with TNT/FedEx, GLS, and DPD.
Customs Fees: International orders may incur import taxes or customs duties; these are the responsibility of the customer, and Peppery Spot does not cover these fees. Customers from the European Union will never be charged with import taxes and duties.
Payment: We currently only accept PayPal payments worldwide. PayPal allows you to pay securely with your PayPal account or credit card. You can pay with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
