- 300 ml vegetable drink of your choice
- 20 g protein shake vanilla, chocolate or neutral
- if necessary some ice cubes

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a stand mixer and blend. You can also use a blender to prepare it. Then pour everything into a glass & enjoy! Or bottle it up and take it with you.
