The taste of the coffee is defined by the ratio of the bitter and the sour components. Robusta coffee has a higher caffeine content, contains more acids that its partner and has a slightly bittery taste. Arabica coffee has fewer acids, has a long lasting, caramel-chocolate aftertaste.
