Grape seed micro grist is produced from the seed of cabernet sauvignon blue grapes grown in the Upper Lake Balaton Region.
Grape seed flour contains fibres, carbohydrates, protein, oil, micro substances and trace elements.
Due to its high fibre content it improves intestinal system functions. Consumption dose recommended: 1-2 teaspoonful per day into your tea, coffee, kephyr, or yoghurt, or added to flour in 5-7% and baked in pastry and bread.
