Leibniz Butter Biscuits date back to 1889 and are one of the original biscuits produced by Bahlsen. To this very day we only use carefully selected ingredients and put the baking experience of more than 100 years into this perfect biscuit. You can always rely on the original Leibniz butter to be fresh, crisp and the perfect companion to your break.
All-butter biscuits. Ingredients: Wheat flour (72%), sugar, cow’s butter (12%), invert sugar syrup, raising agents: sodium carbonates SIN/E 500 (0.7%), diphosphates SIN/E 450 (0.2%); whey powder, whole cow’s milk powder (0.5%), salt, emulsifier: lecithin (soya bean) SIN/E 322 (0.2%); acidulant: citric acid SIN/E 330 (0.1%); flavouring (nature-identical flavour: vanilla), whole hen’s egg powder. Made in Germany.
