Altruist Moisturizing Fluid with 0.5% Hyaluronic Acid has a silky, well-moisturizing yet light fluid formula that helps to soften and plump skin, eliminate water deficiencies and help nourish skin. It does this with the help of 0.5% hyaluronic acid (low molecular weight), known as the queen of water retention, and the proven old-school powerhouses glycerin, urea and shea butter, which not only nourish but also protect and strengthen the skin.
