  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp acai powder
  • Milk & milk alternatives to taste
  • Toppings (dried fruit, coconut chips, figs, edible flowers, cashews, nuts, chia seeds, coconut flakes, almond paste, cocoa nibs or granola)

Preparation

For the Acai Bowl

Step 1
Blend 2 frozen bananas (depending on size) together with 1-2 spoons of acai powder. Alternatively, you can puree a frozen berry mix together with the bananas.

Step 2
The basic recipe can also be refined with coconut drink or cereal drink. For more sweetness, use honey, rice syrup, maple syrup or other alternative sweeteners.

Step 3
Now it is time to garnish the bowl. And do it according to your personal taste. For example, with raspberries, pomegranate seeds, kiwi, banana slices, coconut chips, figs, edible flowers, cashews, almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, almond paste, cocoa nibs or granola.
